LOCKPORT, N.Y. — A new memory care day program is now welcoming participants in Niagara County, offering specialized support for individuals living with dementia and Alzheimer’s. The program, called The Remembrance Collective, officially opened its doors Monday on Lincoln Avenue in Lockport.
