For older adults and their caregivers, navigating aging-related services can be overwhelming. The Centralina Area Agency on Aging is working to make that journey easier, offering resources and support for seniors across the Charlotte region, including a new Medicare-backed program designed specifically for individuals living with dementia and their caregivers.
