Alzheimer’s Association offers tips to keep your loved ones safe from COVID-19

With more than 200 reported cases of the coronavirus in Virginia, the Alzheimer’s Association wants to make sure your loved ones with dementia are safe.

The Alzheimer’s Association said dementia doesn’t increase the risk for COVID-19, but dementia-related behaviors, increased age and underlying health conditions could put your loved one more at risk for contracting the virus.
