A new online resource is now available to help Maryland residents document their care preferences in the event of a dementia diagnosis. Care Prepared, Inc., a nonprofit based in Anne Arundel County, has partnered with the national nonprofit Compassion & Choices to offer a Maryland-specific version of the Dementia Values & Priorities Tool on its website.
