WILLINGBORO, N.J. – Today, Congressman Andy Kim (NJ-03) announced that Impactful Care’s Mobile Concierge and Telehealth program was selected to participate in the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience (GUIDE) Model to develop and expand its service for people living with dementia and their unpaid caregivers.
